What's included with each subscription?

Live programs (Sightseer, Tourist, Navigator) include professionally hosted tours with expert local guides, real-time Q&A and interaction, and live chat with guides and fellow travelers. The Observer program includes a growing library of pre-recorded tours with unlimited access to rewatch tours anytime and the ability to pause and rewatch sections at your own pace.

How do I access tour materials with my subscription?

Tour materials are included with your subscription. Go to your Subscription Dashboard, select your Dashboard, then click "Tour Materials" at the top (near Calendar and My Bookings). Select the folder for your specific tour and download materials to prepare for your experience.

What happens if I can't attend a booked tour?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel a booked tour through your subscription portal. Tour recording access varies by program: Sightseer members do not have access to tour recordings. Tourist members can watch a recording of the scheduled tour for up to 10 days following the tour. Navigator members can watch a recording for up to 30 days following the tour.

Can I upgrade or switch between programs?

Yes! You can change your subscription at any time. Upgrade from Sightseer to Tourist or Navigator for more tours, add Observer for on-demand flexibility, or upgrade Tourist to Navigator for access to all tours, priority booking, and extended recording access.

What technology do I need for subscriptions?
